How to keep high quality in producing custom printing boxes?

As the quality is put on the most importance in our factory ,so there are 12 experienced workers for QC team;4 QC are on these 4 production lines to control quality during manufacturing. 4 QC are checking boxes before packing. 4 QC are carrying out random inspection from material ,during manutacturing ,finish product, and after packaging.
